This course is perfect for anyone who needs to cover off the theoretical aspects of safe operation of a vertical lift including acting as refresher training or for currency. This comprehensive online course covers:

· Legislation, licencing requirements, procedures and manufacturer specifications

· Risk management (hazards and risk control) related to vertical lift operation, including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), procedures and manufacturer instructions

· Pre-start, pre-operation and post-operation inspections, including major inspection requirements

· Capacity, forces, safe working loads and limitations of a vertical lift

· Rescue and emergency response

· Shutdown, parking, recharging and stowage procedures
