This course eases you into the WHS Act 2020 and WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022 teaching you how to read the legislation and where to find the relevant information and answers for the Statutory Supervisor’s Exam.   It also provides you with information on how to register for the exam, where to find additional information, what to bring and how best to prepare to maximise your success. 

This interactive course guides you through the legislation, ultimately leading to 4 different practice exams, 3 of them being timed to mirror the actual exam. 

By the end of the course you’ll be 100% ready to tackle whatever questions are thrown at you!

You can complete the training and exams over 90 days to prepare, and request further practice exams if you need to.

The Statutory Supervisor’s exam is for those who are appointed as a Statutory Supervisor as per s26 of the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022 (WA). 

A certificate is not issued for this course as it is solely designed to prepare you to pass the Statutory Supervisors Exam, administered by the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS)
