This course provides a theoretical overview of flange integrity on pipework, highlighting the importance of a robust flange integrity management system.   It details the methodology to safely break and make flange joints using hand tools in relation to company procedures.

You will gain an understanding of the safe use, maintenance, fault finding and discard criteria for the following:

• Flanges
• Gaskets
• Fasteners
• Tools and equipment

The course also covers assembly and disassembly, inspection and testing.
