This course covers the theory requirements of using firefighting equipment for small workplace fires, including fire awareness, the characteristic of fire, equipment types and uses and how to attack a fire safely.

  • First attack equipment including fire extinguishers, fire blankets and fire reel hoses
  • How to attack a fire safely and when to retreat
