HEALTH AND SAFETY REPRESENTATIVES (HSR) COURSES

The main responsibility of the Health and Safety Representative (HSR) revolves around collaborating with fellow staff members to recognise health and safety concerns and then communicating these issues to the management. HSRs are chosen by their peers to articulate the perspectives of the staff collective.
