AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION AND CONSUMER LAW COMPLIANCE TRAINING

This comprehensive but efficient online course covers the key elements of the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) role in enforcing the Act. 

The course is suitable to any company directors (including non-executive), senior executives, officers, management and any other person whose duties could expose them to contravening the CCA and industry codes relevant to their operations.

It is recommended that this training is conducted annually to maintain compliance.

• The components of a Compliance Program, including:
  • Risk Management.
  • Compliance Policy.
  • Complaints Handling.
  • Whistle Blower Policy.
  • Training and Induction.

Course cost $150.00 (plus GST)

This course is conducted fully online and is self-paced.

Once you have enrolled, the course will remain open to you for 90 days.  You can re-visit the course as many times as you like and resume from where you left off.
